A key role to work as part of our Contracts Support team, delivering high quality business administration support to our Operations Directorate.

 

This opportunity is ideally suited to a motivated, pro-active and highly organised individual with a strong administrative and customer-focused background, who wishes to expand their existing skills.

 

Responsibilities and duties are likely to include:

  • Producing high-quality quotations and bids
  • Providing end-to-end project support and administration
  • Monitoring email in-boxes
  • Financial administration including expenditure reporting, raising purchase orders, invoices and managing invoice schedules
  • Responding to requests and queries from both internal and external customers.

 

On the job training will be provided.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

2 A levels or equivalent are required.

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

 

You will have good general administrative experience, including invoicing and payment procedures. You will be computer literate and a competent user of Excel and Word. You will have experience of working under pressure and good attention to detail in an environment driven by need to meet tight, externally-set deadlines. You will have experience of dealing with customers by telephone and email.
