Technical Helpdesk Support Advisor Liquidline have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Helpdesk Support Advisor to join our Head Office-based Operations Team in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The ideal Technical Helpdesk Support Advisor will support the Technical Helpdesk Function, providing support across the Operations Department, so any customer issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The Helpdesk receives calls from engineers on a variety of topics, including logistics (e.g. site survey issues), equipment questions, relogging of customer visits and requests for parts.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process service requests for repairs to customer machines
  • Manage requests and questions that come into the Technical Helpdesk from engineers
  • Provide telephone answering support for the Operations Department
  • Complete admin duties within Operations such as supporting invoice process and checking engineer job sheets

You will be highly organised, with great inter-personal skills and the ability to continue to learn.  You will be confident and be able to work both on your own and within a team environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with working hours Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. On offer to the ideal candidate is a package of up to £25,000 per annum for an exceptional candidate, plus free lunches, use of company gym, holiday allowance, BBQ breakfast when targets are met and a full training and induction programme to ease you into the role.
