Recruitment Manager

Norwich

Salary £30,000 to £35,000 plus bonuses.   

Recruitment Manager NES Healthcare are an award-winning market leader in the provision of managed doctor services. Our tried-and-trusted pathway enables us to help hundreds of International Medical Graduates to establish their careers in the UK. We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team based in Norwich. As the Recruitment Manager you must have experience working within a recruitment department and managing a successful team.  

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of Recruitment Consultants; monitoring levels of Doctors successfully and unsuccessfully recruited, supporting, coaching and developing needs, staff reviews and appraisals, holding huddles and continually reviewing processes and improve where needed.
  • Supporting the Recruitment Consultants; Certificate of Sponsorship and Right to Work queries, checking timelines and monitoring performance against KPIs and address any issues.
  • Management of Recruitment Administration Consultants; Monitor performance against KPIs, Monitory Study Plan and progress, hold huddles on a regular basis, review processes and predicting and amending courses in conjunction with training.
  • Monitor Doctors in recruitment pipeline; ensure all documents are on file etc.
  • Provide both oversee and review reports.
  • Assist team with IT issues and set up new PCs and phone when required.
  • Other duties will include; general office maintenance, recruiting for new staff, managing staff holiday and sickness etc.   

For the role of Recruitment Manager, we are looking for someone with the following skill set:

  • Recruitment experience is essential
  • Experience managing a successful team
  • Experience in a relevant healthcare sector would be beneficial but isnt essential
  • IT literate
  • Excellent communicate skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills.  

This is a full-time permanent role working within the core office hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, however due to the nature of this role you must be flexible on working hours and occasionally you may need to travel to our other offices or overseas with the Recruitment Director. In return we are offering a basic salary between £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, plus bonuses.
