Job Title: Marketing and Commercial Administrator
Location: North Walsham (NR28 0AJ)
Salary: £18,500 to £21,500 depending on experience

Marketing and Commercial Administrator - PSS are niche market leaders in the manufacturing and remanufacturing of steering and hydraulic components for commercial, off-highway, military and passenger vehicles. We are now looking for a full-time, permanent, Marketing and Commercial Administrator to join our team based in North Walsham. This Marketing and Commercial Administrator should have exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills. In return we are offering a salary up to £21,500 depending on experience.

As the Marketing and Commercial Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Extensive customer contact for the Managing Director via phone, e-mail and mail
  • Extensive customer and marketing research for the Managing Director
  • Assist with contract administration and supporting paperwork
  • Provide full administrative and telephone support to the sales team and other admin departments where necessary
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations to a high level for the Managing Director
  • Plan and manage sales and marketing campaigns to target customers, under instruction of the Managing Director and in liaison with external providers
  • Update the company web-site content when required in liaison with external providers

For the role of Marketing and Commercial Administrator we are looking for:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in both English and numeracy
  • Excellent communication skills must have professional phone manner
  • Highly proficient in MS Office particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Social media skills particularly LinkedIn

Our Marketing and Commercial Administrator post is on a full-time permanent basis, our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. In return we are offing a salary up to £21,500 depending on experience. Additional benefits include 33 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays), on-site parking, stakeholder pension scheme etc.
