We are seeking a dedicated Year Learning Coordinator (Support Staff) to join our team as Head of Year. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support students' academic progress, wellbeing, and personal development within a dynamic school environment.

Position: Year Learning Coordinator (Head of Year)
Location: Mulberry School for Girls, London
Contract Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
As the Year Learning Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastoral care and academic progress of students in your designated year group. You will work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to create a supportive learning environment that promotes student achievement and wellbeing.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification required
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and external partners
- Basic understanding of safeguarding procedures is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- Proficient IT skills including use of Microsoft Office applications
