Full Job Description
- A solid foundation and knowledge of child development
- Experience of working with SEN children
- Innovative and creative planning for all age groups
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Strong leaderships skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organisation and admin skills
- Food Hygiene and Paediatric First Aid are desirable
Champion safeguarding and pupil, staff, wellbeing - Plan and deliver inspiring activities.
- Manage staffing levels and maintain ratios.
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and professionals.
- Create a positive team culture, supporting staff development and training.
- Assist with the administration required to run the club effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement and high-quality provision.
- Cover both Before and After School Clubs, and Holiday Club (actual shift pattern TBC).
