Your skills and experiences:We're looking for a strong leader with proven operational and people management experience.
Essential:Experience managing and leading teams in a workshop or operational environmentStrong financial awareness, including budget and cost managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to motivate, develop, and hold teams accountableResults-driven with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvementConfident leader with the ability to influence and engage othersStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsHighly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and deliverCommercially aware with a focus on business performance and profitabilityA collaborative team player who can build strong working relationships
Desirable:Experience in a manufacturing or service workshop environment (rotating machinery preferred)IOSH Managing Safely qualification

The Opportunity:As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of all workshop operations. You will lead a team of approximately 35 employees, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery performance are consistently achieved.
