Full Job Description

Are you passionate about the Welsh language and its promotion and development within Carmarthenshire? We are looking for an experienced manager who can lead on, and co-ordinate the implementation and monitoring of the Welsh in Education Strategic Plan and Carmarthenshire Welsh Language Promotion Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the promotion and development of Welsh language and bilingual teaching and learning across all learning settings as well as working with County stakeholders on the promotion of the Welsh language, in accordance with national and local policies and strategies.

Welsh language level - Verbal: Level 4 - You will need to be able to communicate effectively in Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level
