Wellbeing AssistantStart Date: ASAPSalary: £8,209.11 - £12.65p/h- pay award review pendingContract: 15 Hours per week, 38 weeks per year Closing Date: 12pm 31st March 2025Interview date: Monday 7th April 2025Are you passionate about promoting emotional wellbeing and supporting young people? We are looking for a Wellbeing Assistant to help students develop emotional literacy, coping strategies, and social skills in an inclusive educational environment.Key Responsibilities: Deliver wellbeing sessions under the guidance of a counsellor Support therapeutic interventions in the classroom Assist students with communication challenges Facilitate lunchtime social activities to enhance wellbeing Gather evidence to assess intervention effectiveness Promote independence and student voiceRequirements: Level 3+ Mental Health/Wellbeing qualification Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, SEMH, or behavioural challenges Strong communication and teamwork skills
