Warehouse Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Fareham, Hampshire
Basic Pay Rate: £25,000 p.a.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Full-time. Permanent)
Working Hours: 08:30am – 17:00pm

Role Overview
Pertemps are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative/Customer Service Advisor to join a national provider of janitorial and catering supplies to a range of sectors, based in the Fareham area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our clients and warehouse team alike.
  • Onboarding of new accounts.
  • Initiating, managing and checking key tasks relating to new and existing clients.
  • Making outbound telephone calls to clients ensuring satisfaction.
  • Receiving inbound telephone calls from clients and dealing with any issues.
  • Taking client orders across various supply areas.
  • Ensure client record files are updated on the CRM system.
  • Ensuring clients receive the best service from suppliers.
  • Using our stock and order system to fulfil orders.

  • Confident & resilient
  • Capable of self-managing both time and priorities
  • Diligent and a desire to find errors including your own
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience in a Customer Care setting
