Full Job Description

+ To provide reception duties for the Renal Dialysis Unit, to include admin and clerical support for the nursing team in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines.
+ To ensure that all patients are taken in for their dialysis in a timely manner. Liaising with transport to ensure patients are brought in and out for dialysis in accordance with the guidelines for this service.
+ To work as a member of the unit team and have the ability to use initiative and work to deadlines whilst maintaining a flexible approach, We are conducting interviews virtually and face to face. If the interview is virtual we require candidates to have the camera on during the interview.
Please note it is an operational requirement to comply with infection prevention and control procedures within NWLP such as lateral flow testing, handwashing and the wearing of masks, according to the procedures in place at any time or location.

An opportunity has arisen for an individual with excellent communication skills to join our team in this 20-station chronic hemodialysis unit. The primary responsibility is to provide quality service to our nursing and medical team, as well as to our renal dialysis patients. This entails ensuring that all patients receive their dialysis in a timely manner and liaising with transportation services to ensure patients are brought in and out for dialysis in accordance with the guidelines for this service. The role will include dealing with queries, performing filing, photocopying, and other general admin duties as required, managing incoming and outgoing mails, handling phone calls, and utilising reception skills to greet dialysis patients as they arrive at the unit
