Full Job Description
Do you enjoy working with people, keeping things organised and making a positive difference every day? We are looking for a motivated, friendly and highly organised individual to provide a professional support service to Voluntary Services.
You'll offer a blend of administrative and practical support for our volunteers and respond to enquiries from members of the public, internal departments and volunteers themselves., To provide a professional support service to Voluntary Services, encompassing administrative and practical support for volunteers, and handling general public enquiries alongside specific requests from internal teams and individual volunteers.
This is a varied role in a busy, people-focused environment. You'll need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of emails, phone calls and requests while staying calm, helpful and professional. A flexible, "can-do" approach and confidence in using IT systems (including spreadsheets) will help you thrive.
