A team player committed to providing excellent care in an environment that puts the patient before the business. This role is ideal for certificate holders, those working towards one, or those keen to start a certificate. Open to full-time, part-time, and flexible working arrangements, with clear pathways into advanced clinical and leadership roles as the practice evolves.
About You
- A veterinary surgeon with a strong foundation in general practice, keen to develop their area of interest in a supportive environment, registered with the RCVS- A certificate holder, or someone working towards or keen to start a postgraduate certificate, with a genuine commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing development- Confident in managing both medical and surgical cases independently, and able to support junior colleagues when needed- Passionate about upholding high clinical standards, collaborating with a like-minded team, and delivering outstanding patient and client care- Excited by the opportunity to be part of something new, bringing your ideas, initiative, and leadership to help shape the future of an exceptional, independent hospital

Are you an experienced and driven vet looking for something more than the average clinical role?
Do you want to be part of shaping a brand-new, independent veterinary hospital, where your input truly matters, and your professional growth is genuinely supported?
This hospital, which opened this year, is already expanding its brilliant team of 19 to meet the rapidly growing client base. Positioned as an upscaled GP practice, it takes referrals for surgery, CT, endoscopy, medicine, exotics, and offers 24-hour affordable quality care. Set in a stunning, tranquil canal side location on the outskirts of a popular market town in Warwickshire close to the River Avon, this hospital is a haven for both staff and patients.
Imagine being part of a forward-thinking team where your professional development is a priority. Whether you hold a postgraduate certificate, are working towards one, or are keen to pursue one, this is your chance to join early in an exciting journey. The hospital boasts an outstanding core team of highly skilled, experienced clinicians and nurses, and welcomes individuals eager to shape its clinical direction. Clear pathways to clinical leadership are available, and successful candidates will have the opportunity to accrue partnership shares in return for their contribution to practice growth. As the hospital grows, future positions will become available for vets at all stages of their careers.
Why This Role is Different:
This hospital is designed to work for its people, not just the business. From your working environment to your rota, your wellbeing is a top priority. You'll have a say on protocols, patient care pathways, and the day-to-day running of the clinic. Thrive in your role and develop your skills, with clear pathways to clinical leadership and potential future partnership opportunities. Benefit from a profit share scheme that recognises your impact.
The hospital is equipped to deliver the highest standards of patient care, diagnostics, and surgery 24 hours a day with a dedicated OOH team. Facilities include a CT scanner, DR X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, an in-house Idexx lab, and more. Work alongside experienced RVNs and fellow vets committed to delivering the very best care to patients and clients alike.
A Fantastic Client Base Awaits:
As the only independent SA practice in the area offering 24/7 care and advanced facilities, the hospital has attracted a large client base from the start, seeing a diverse caseload. No two days are the same, and you'll be part of something with real momentum.
