It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience in within the vehicle maintenance industry from a customer service perspective, to include an understanding of statutory compliance for vehicles more than 3,500kgs, Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face to face, written, and via the telephone. The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, be computer literate, knowledge of Kerridge and 1link systems will be an advantage.
