Valuation Appointment Specialist - Estate Agency

At KFH we are looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our Client Services team in Wimbledon.Who are we?

What's the role?
Using our databases you'll review past valuations and qualify potential clients to secure high-quality valuation appointments for our branch network across London.
Working closely with our Branch Directors you will be integral in growing our market share in Sales and Lettings.
Key tasks will involve:Reviewing past valuations and withdrawn stock databasesQualifying potential clients and scheduling valuation appointmentsRecording activity on database softwareDelivering high standards of customer serviceInitiating contact with past buyers and following up on commitmentsWhat can you bring to the role?
