We're looking for a proactive and detail-focused Utilities Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This is a part-time opportunity, working 21 hours per week across Monday to Wednesday - ideal for someone looking to balance professional experience with personal time., As the Utilities Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day utility management of our extensive and diverse property portfolio. You'll be the go-to contact for energy-related queries, working closely with our Utility partners, suppliers, and Operations team. What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing essential administrative support to the Utilities team
• Liaising with Project Managers and colleagues to track utility status for new pub openings
• Acting as the first point of contact for our publicans and energy providers
• Interpreting energy usage data and offering insights to help reduce consumption
• Handling tenancy changes with suppliers and supporting bill validation processes
• Coordinating siteworks, including reconnections, meter upgrades, and smart meter rollouts
• Investigating and helping resolve billing discrepancies and supply interruptions
• Supporting ongoing utilities projects and company-wide initiatives
  
  Strong admin skills with great attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload
• Confident communicator - both written and verbal
• A proactive team player who thrives on accuracy and organisation
• Previous utilities/energy industry experience is a plus, but not essential
