Are you a compassionate, detail-driven professional with a passion for making a real difference? We're on the lookout for a highly organised individual to become a vital part of our Community Respiratory Team. The primary purpose is to work closely with the UEC clinical team acting as first point of contact for administration role in the departments. Provide accurate and confidential administrative support to the UEC Division including, Respiratory, OPAT, Virtual Ward, UCR, MIU. The post-holder will provide confidential administrative support withinthe team / service and to management, community team leaders/headsof departments for the UEC Division with a primary focus ofRespiratory.,
- Supporting and providing Team Leaders will information from the Staff / Patient Electronic Records as and when required, including systems eg. Rio, e-roster etc.
- Participate in administration department and service meetings and take action notes and plans as appropriate.
- This post will support the Respiratory service vision
- General administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing for clinical / medical team
- Oracle Ordering - Responsible for ordering, checking in, distribution of stationary stock for community services via online oracle computer system. Receipting goods on oracle system for payment. Following-up any orders not received
