We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team, playing a vital role in providing secretarial and administrative support within a busy but welcoming Neurology department. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys patient contact and thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will be expected to deliver a high-quality service in a performance-managed setting, ensuring smooth communication and administrative support for our Neurology team., Care Group G at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital are looking for a motivated, forward-thinking and compassionate individual, to join the team as Trust Secretary in the Neurosciences Neurology team. As part of this busy and exciting role, you will support the Department by acting as a point of contact for all communications between the Consultant, patients, relatives, all hospital staff, General Practitioners and their staff and outside agencies, maintaining a close working relationship between Consultants and patients as appropriate. You will assist in the management of the office administration of the Consultant and designated clinical team. You will also provide an effective administrative secretarial service, ensuring continuity of service during absences.
