This is more than just a job - it's a long-term opportunity., Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre :
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
- Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Fleet:
- Market properties to potential tenants
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Agree new tenancies
- Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor, Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car

- Uncapped commission
