Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available., Tesco's vision is to be every customer's favourite way to shop. You will be responsible for
Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.
Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
Confidently leading the store in the Manager's absence.
Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve our customers, communities, and planet a little better every day.
