Our Tarmac Land and Natural Resources team is recruiting a Year in Industry Placement Student to join us from Quorn House Office for a 12 month placement. - Working closely with the Regional Head of Estates and Estates Managers to support mineral and land acquisition and development.
- Understanding and working to planning consents for mineral working, ancillary, and added-value operations.
- Supporting rental enhancement and built development opportunities, ensuring compliance with planning and tenure agreements.
- Gaining insight into land and mineral ownership, landlord-tenant relationships, and town & country planning policy.
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships.
- Preparing and reviewing planning applications, including consultant reports.
- Writing clear and concise reports.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance financial returns from a diverse range of property assets.
- Assisting with the development of Tarmac's Electronic Property Information System. Your Development While learning on the job, you'll attend our Graduate Core Skills Development Programme, designed to expand your business knowledge, strengthen core skills, and offer networking opportunities with other graduates and key stakeholders across the Tarmac business. This will support your successful transition into your destination role.
