Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager at the Enhanced Community Residential Service (ECRS) in Mold.
The post holder will provide high quality and evidence-based health services and be responsible for the effective team development and management required to achieve this., Main duties will be to advise , provide a direct staff in how to proceed in the management of complex cases. Deliver high quality evidenced based clinical care. Take responsibility for ensuring appropriate allocations of referrals to clinical staff.
To carry out regular clinical and management supervision with staff within the professional group to ensure practice is safe. To engage with PADR reviews. To ensure team delivers a quality service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
