Team Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join our friendly and experienced team at our Bilberry Lodge service in Rishton, a specialist residential service providing rehabilitation, care and support to vulnerable women with complex mental health issues.,

• Build relationships with the people we support, which are open and two way
• Support to undertake their rehabilitation programme
• Establish methods of communication with the people we support, reducing barriers when necessary
• Support with activities of daily living and personal care when needed
• Communicate any issues to the clinical team
• Accurately report and/or record work activities
• To be part of the on call team
• Complete Supervisions of Support Workers
  
  Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach.
• Level 3 NVQ or QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care or be willing to work towards.
• Sound working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
• Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations
• Ability to address and respond to employee issues in a fair and consistent manner.
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS

• £27,179.54 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata), 25 days plus bank holidays
