The Role This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in managing client relationships, overseeing team delivery, and ensuring cases progress smoothly from start to finish.,

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of your team
  • Managing a busy caseload throughout the legal process
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients
  • Ensuring work is delivered in line with SLAs and deadlines
  • Supporting team performance and hitting financial targets
  • Attending client meetings and building strong relationships
  • Managing reporting, invoicing and process improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines and internal standards

    Experience working in a high-volume, process-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Great communication skills and a professional approach
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Leadership or team coordination experience (desirable)
  • Exposure to legal, debt recovery, or regulated environments (beneficial, not essential)

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Friday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Occasional Saturday (9:00am - 1:00pm) on a rota basis
  • We operate extended service hours, so some flexibility is required to support the wider team when needed.
