    This role provides comprehensive administrative support within a mental health team, including opening and closing referrals on the RIO system for the North core Mental Health Team. It ensures efficient management of assessment waiting lists, scheduling appointments, and facilitating seamless communication with service users. The postholder will be responsible for maintaining records, updating systems, and preparing documents for the north core Mental Health Team. Duties also include minute-taking during key meetings, managing enquiries and incoming calls. The role requires strict adherence to GDPR, safeguarding, and information governance standards, . Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional approach to all interactions are essential for successful performance in this position., 2-year NHS experience, Good knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft packages to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Keyboard skills to ensure accuracy, speed and optimum use of functions. Ability to plan, prioritise and organise a number of activities and continually reprioritise to meet tight, conflicting and often changing deadlines., Excellent verbal and written communication.
