Full Job Description
We are looking for two enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join our friendly, inclusive school community in September. If you enjoy supporting children to thrive, grow in confidence, and achieve their best, we would love to hear from you!
You will work alongside teachers to support pupils in lessons, in small groups, and on a one-to-one basis. You'll play a key role in helping children access learning, develop independence, and feel confident in the classroom.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support a wide range of pupils, including those with additional needs, and to be part of a team that truly values every child.
You will support pupils' learning and wellbeing, helping to create a positive, engaging classroom environment where every child feels included and valued.
We are seeking someone who enjoys working with children and builds positive, supportive relationships with both pupils and colleagues. You will be patient, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team, with good literacy, numeracy and basic ICT skills. Above all, you will be committed to inclusion, high expectations for all learners, and bring enthusiasm, kindness and a sense of humour to the role.
