Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our dedicated and talented team to provide additional learning support. We are looking for someone who ideally has;

  • Experience of working with children and ideally children with SEND
  • High expectations of themselves and the team and children they work with.
  • Is aware of, and respond appropriately to, individual pupils' needs
  • Has confidence in implementing strategies to support the child's learning and development
  • Will promote inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
  • Is creative and can produce high quality displays.
  • Patient, nurturing and positive, able to build relations built on trust and respect.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to support colleagues, children and families
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills
  • Able to work in partnership with colleagues, parents and outside agencies to secure the best outcomes for our children and families

    Fixed term contract: 12 months
