We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team, working specifically within the Hive/Nurture/Base provision. This role focuses on supporting Key Stage 3 and 4 students, helping them achieve their potential in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Role Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant at Abraham Moss Community School, you will play an essential role in supporting students' learning and emotional development within the Hive/Nurture/Base setting. You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning atmosphere that encourages student engagement and progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A genuine interest in working with young people
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while using your own initiative when appropriate
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills sufficient for supporting classroom activities
- Willingness to learn new skills related to teaching assistance roles
- Patience, empathy, and understanding towards children's individual needs
