1:1 Teaching Assistant
We are a one form entry, church school which is proud to serve the community of Litherland. We share close links with our local parish church and many of the parish council serve on our governing body. Our mission statement of 'What God has created, we nurture and celebrate in His love' is the driving force behind all we do.
We are looking for a one to one teaching assistant to work with a pupil who needs full time support, 2 days per week on Monday & Friday to access the curriculum alongside their peers.

We are seeking a professional teaching assistant who demonstrates high standards of spoken English, has high expectations of themselves and is willing to go the extra mile. You should be self-motivated and enthusiastic. Please see the job description and specification for further information. This job contract is linked to the pupil.
The job is offered initially from 1st September 2026 until 20th December 2026. Applications should be made on the application form. A curriculum vitae will not be considered. Any job offer is dependent upon receipt of two good references.
The closing date for applications is 12th June 2026 at 12:00pm.
Successful applicants will be invited to a classroom observation and subsequently to interview.
