Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development whilst contributing to a positive, inclusive and nurturing school environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring continuity of learning during the short-term absence of teaching staff, whilst also providing high-quality support for pupils across the school.

We believe every child deserves the very best start to their educational journey and pride ourselves on our inclusive, child-centred approach.

Our federation provides a unique opportunity to work collaboratively across both an infant school and a maintained nursery school, sharing expertise and developing best practice in Early Years and Key Stage 1 education. We are passionate about ensuring smooth transitions and creating a strong foundation for lifelong learning.

Our children are happy, curious and eager to learn. Our staff are dedicated, supportive and ambitious for every child. Together, we strive to create environments where children feel safe, valued and inspired to achieve their full potential., Join Team Telford - Where People Make the Difference
