Teaching Assistant

If so, The Linden Centre would love to hear from you., We are seeking a highly skilled Teaching Assistant with a strong background in supporting learners with SEMH. You will be:

• Experienced in working with children and young people who display challenging behaviours.
• Calm, consistent and able to build trusting, positive relationships.
• Skilled at supporting learning in creative and adaptive ways to meet individual needs.
• Resilient, reflective and committed to inclusion.
• A team player who can work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and other professionals.
