Required, an experienced, conscientious and committed Teaching Assistant to assist with the day-to-day organisation within the classroom as well as supporting pupils with special educational needs in their learning., Working with the support of qualified teachers you will:

• provide learning opportunities to meet the needs of individual learners, working with them 1:1 throughout the day
• work with children and young people who have complex needs, providing an appropriate level of emotional and physical support where necessary
• provide support to pupils who have communication difficulties
• assist in the development of pupil support plans
• lead small group activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of groups of learners who face similar challenges
