Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruitment

Industry relevant experience gained in either a retail or head office based role preferred.

Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience preferred but not essential.

Genuine passion and interest in the fashion, beauty and direct to consumer industries.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to facilitate job offers and candidate acceptance.

Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Familiar with MS Office - Word, Excel etc

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
