Full Job Description
This is a 37.50 hour position, working between 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday at the Rose Centre based at St Georges Hospital.
Responsible for the registering, booking, cancelling and administration of Breast Screening, Imaging and Symptomaticappointments via electronic patient systems used within service e.g. NBSS; Soliton and iClip Systems
Respond proactively to visitors or callers enquiries/request for information regarding the Screening and Imaging service in a calm and helpful manner, liaising with all disciplines within unit to result in query resolution.
Provide Reception cover 08:00-17:00 on a rotational basis; to monitor reception and entrance areas for cleanliness, maintenance issues and H&S issues.
To provide administrative support as and when required to ensure an efficient service is provided by the Breast Screening, Imaging and SymptomaticService.

We are looking for someone who has extensive administrative experience, whether in the NHS or equivalent public sector and experience working with the public is key. You must also demonstrate excellent organisational skills and be able to work under pressure, prioritise workloads and work to deadlines. The ability to work successfully as part of a team is essential for this role. This is a busy role and attention to detail is key, you will need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to maintain accuracy while dealing with many interruptions.
