Support Workers

Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our Adult's Service, Dragonby Road in Scunthorpe. You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and intensive specialist support needs with their daily routines, supporting them to live life to their full potential and access experiences and activities. We are seeking candidates who want to be involved and support these activities. If you have a keen interest in one even better! If you live outside of Scunthorpe a Driving Licence and vehicle would be required as due to the location, public transport is not available at the correct times. You will have a FIXED rota of 4 days on and 2 days off. This includes 2 morning shifts (07:00 - 14:30) and 2 afternoon shifts (13:45 - 22:00). This is a rewarding, fulfilling and important role and an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the people who live at Dragonby Road

  We are looking for Support Workers who have a 'can do' attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You don't have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level 2 qualification so you become a fully qualified Support Worker.
