Full Job Description
As a Support Worker, you'll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.
You'll:
Support independence and personal goals
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support
Essential:
A caring, positive and reliable attitude
Passion for supporting others
Willingness to learn and grow
Desirable:
NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
Previous care experience
Basic IT skills

Hours: Full - Time Days - 42 hours per week - 8am - 8pm (Monday to Sunday, alternating weekends, rota basis)
Pay: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)

About the Service
Gilders Road SL is a 4-bed Supported Living service supporting adult females and males with mental health conditions, autism and complex needs. The service provides a safe, structured and person-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

Entry Level - £12.71 per hour
NVQ Level 2 completed - £12.96 per hour
NVQ Level 3 completed - £13.21 per hour
