Support Worker

We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our team. You will support people with disabilities to live full and meaningful lives. This includes helping them take part in everyday activities such as going to the cinema, enjoying meals out, visiting museums, and finding new ways to have fun and feel happy., You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts. This includes working weekends and waking night shifts, which are usually two to three each month., To keep the people we support safe, we follow safer recruitment steps. This includes DBS checks, reference checks and reviewing your work history.

We are looking for someone who is kind, patient, and caring. You should enjoy helping others and making a positive difference, with a positive attitude and a willingness to be part of a team. You will need to be flexible and reliable in your approach to work.
