Full Job Description

We're looking for a Support Worker to join our friendly, professional team in Coventry, supporting a fantastic gentleman who has a spinal injury. He's an upbeat, sociable person who values independence, good conversation, and keeping life as normal and positive as possible. You'll work together to make that happen every day. ? I'm looking for a Support Worker who's not just skilled but genuinely wants to be part of my journey someone friendly, proactive, and open-minded. If you've got a good sense of humour and a positive attitude, we'll get along great. ? Flexible Working Hours Choose a schedule that fits your life:

  • Part-time or full-time 24 x 12-hour shifts per week
  • Days: 8am 8pm
  • Wake Nights: 8pm 8am
  • Double Up: 8am 12noon
  • ? What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering person-centred care and daily living support, including personal care, moving & handling, and light household tasks.
  • Supporting your client's rehabilitation journey, including regular physiotherapy and exercise routines.
  • Helping with personal grooming beard care included! (Full guidance provided by the client himself).
  • Building a warm, trusting relationship through friendly communication and teamwork.

  • Someone with great communication skills and a good sense of humour.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

    Day shifts: Up to £13 per hour (depending on experience).
