Full Job Description

The successful candidate will support and facilitate the organization of clinical activity, assist in the delivery of group and individual work whilst continuing to support and deliver the clinical activity as required. The post holder will be required to work independently and liaise with various third sector agencies and organizations as well as carers. Excellent skills in multidisciplinary working and the requirement to establish and maintain excellent links with GP practices are essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Support time Recovery worker wishing to join the community mental health primary care team in Ynys Mon. You will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, proactive and committed to promoting innovation for service delivery.
