Full Job Description
- Support Program Directors in the smooth running of programs
- Take on specific key responsibilities as required Program Dean:
- Oversee pastoral care of students
- Resolve issues and provide guidance to students and staff Program Coordinator:
- Lead and train a team of supervisors
- Coordinate logistics and daily schedules Director of Operations:
- Oversee all logistics and operations
- Ensure programs run safely, smoothly, on budget, and provide a positive student experience
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join the senior leadership team of a leading provider of residential academic summer programs for international students in Cambridge. These roles will cover a range of responsibilities including student welfare, operations, events, and program coordination. Applicants should have experience working with young people, ideally within a residential setting. You will bring energy, resilience, and enthusiasm, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust and confidence among students, colleagues, and external partners., - Excellent organisational, leadership, and planning abilities

- Previous experience in a residential setting
- Previous experience working with young people
- Previous leadership or management experience Director of Operations specific:
- Knowledge of Cambridge city, its colleges, and history
- Experience in office operations (desirable)
- Previous summer school experience (highly desirable)
