We seek an outstanding practitioner, with the ability to lead and develop the delivery of Maths at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. This would suit an existing or aspiring leader. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and committed leader, able to drive academic progress and Maths innovation in school. "St Paul's is an outstanding Catholic comprehensive school for girls aged 11-19" (Ofsted 2017), is 4th in The Times Top 10 Comprehensives, with a consistently positive progress score of +1.23 (2024) and +1.38 (2023) including +0.81 (2024) and +1.22 (2023) for disadvantaged. A level Maths A

- Responsible for the leadership of Maths across all Key Stages
- Responsible for teaching Maths up to and including GCSE and preferably A level
- Leading and inspiring a highly motivated and expert Maths team The successful applicant must have:
- The ability to inspire and manage staff and pupils and inspire and support parents in a well-resourced dept
- The ability to inspire a love of Maths
- The ability to motivate and inspire pupils self-confidence
- A positive can do attitude to help pupils overcome any barriers to learning
- Be an outstanding teacher with a track record of delivering Maths, securing excellent examination results
- High expectations of pupils
