Store Manager

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the store, driving commercial performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in line with the brand's standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store environment reflects the brand's values while motivating and developing your team to achieve their full potential.,

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team
• Drive sales and KPIs through strong commercial awareness
• Deliver an outstanding and consistent customer experience
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
• Manage stock, operations, and overall store efficiency
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture
• Act as the key point of contact between store and head office
  
  Proven experience as a Store Manager within premium or lifestyle retail
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
• Commercially driven with a track record of achieving targets
• Passionate about customer experience and brand storytelling
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
