Full Job Description
Candidate must be fully flexible to work weekends, retail experience preferred. What are we looking for?
- Experience working in a customer facing role in retail, hospitality or service industry
- Experience of leading, motivating and developing teams
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to achieve sales targets
- Committed to achieving the highest retail standards at all times
- Able to work under own initiative and take a proactive approach to changing business needs and objectives
- Thrives working in a hands on, fast-paced environment
- An understanding of budgets and P&L

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week which means we require flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. What's important to us?
