Staff Nurse - Campion Ward

South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a caring, compassionate, self-motivated and reliable Nurse to work in both community hospitals, Nicol Unit based at the Stratford upon Avon Hospital and Campion Ward based at the Royal Leamington Spa Rehab hospital. The Nicol unit is a 20-bed GP run ward caring for patients who require admission prevention, a period of recovery, rehabilitation, reablement, palliative care or sub-acute intervention. Campion is a 25 Bedded GP Led ward providing care to patients that require support in recovery, rehabilitation and reablement., To deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients undergoing surgical or medical treatment. The post holders will be responsible for the assessment of patient care needs, and implementation and evaluation of the programme of the care. The post holders are required to work as part of a team committed to delivering and improving a high standard of nursing care within South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust
