Speech and Language Therapist

The role involves delivering targeted and specialist interventions, working closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the best possible support., Assess and identify pupils' speech, language, and communication needs.
Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to specific goals.
Develop and implement therapy plans in collaboration with school staff and families.
Provide advice to school staff to support inclusive communication strategies.
Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
