Full Job Description

Working as key member of this liaison team, involved in all aspects of assessing and managing patients referred to the service from the emergency department and the acute wards., Assessment and management of a wide range of presentations who are referred to a busy liaison team. This includes patients referred from the ED covering crisis presentations, acutely disturbed or confused patients and those experiencing psychoses with a range of precipitants.
