At the heart of this vision is a guest experience that feels effortless yet unforgettable. To help us deliver our vision, we're seeking an exceptional Spa Butler to join our Spa Experience team. The Role Reporting to the Spa Operations Manager, the Spa Attendant will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and members experiencing the Spa. They will inform everyone who visits the spa about the facilities and ensure they enjoy their time in a safe, clean and comfortable environment, leaving feeling relaxed and well cared for. The role involves:
- Preparing the pool and locker area to receive guests
- Ensuring the juice bar is fully stocked
- Carrying out regular quality checks in all areas, ensuring that the area is clean and presented at its best at all times
- Responding promptly and effectively to all guest and member requests and queries
- Replenishing towels, soaps etc. and maintaining to the required level The ideal candidate for the role will be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. They will
- Have previous customer service experience, preferably within a leisure or spa environment
- Have a helpful, patient and friendly manner and an ability to deliver service with a smile, even when working under pressure
- Have Immaculate grooming standards (no visible tattoos, you are required to wear shorts as part of the uniform)
- Be flexible and able to work shifts including; early starts, late finishes and weekends
