Sous Chef - Nuneaton

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Sous Chef for our dedicated catering team in Nuneaton, producing outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients. About the role

• Services: Breakfast, lunch, vending and hospitality
• Assist the Chef Manager in managing daily kitchen operations
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Serving customers at the counter and operating the till during service times
• Support menu planning and innovation, ensuring a diverse and exciting culinary offering
• Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
• Efficiently manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste
• Step into a leadership role in the absence of the Chef Manager, ensuring seamless service
  
  Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen environment.
• A passion for delivering outstanding food and customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food trends, dietary requirements, and modern presentation techniques.
• Experience in working to an achievable GP
• Stock and Waste control experience
• Understanding of food management systems HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha's Law, Allergens and Manual Handling.
