Full Job Description

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated 0-2 PQE Property Litigation Solicitor, looking to join one of Exeter's top law firms, with the opportunity of working within a busy, reputable and successful litigation department. Based in the Exeter office (with hybrid-working available), you will be working directly with the Partner within the team, working on a range of litigation matters such as co-ownership disputes, neighbour disputes (rights of way, adverse possession, harassment, boundary disputes), lease disputes, commercial rent recovery, enforcement of charges, possession and rectifying historic title issues. We are looking for someone to take on a high degree of responsibility for the cases you're working on from the outset, with plenty of opportunity for client contact, whilst providing you with a supportive and stimulating team environment. You will be provided with excellent training, while there are genuine opportunities to progress your career further. The firm

  • Previous fee-earning experience within property litigation

  • 0-2 years PQE (as a guide, but with flexibility)

  • Excellent communication skills to be able to build and forge strong client relationships

  • Good commercial judgement, with the ability to find the best possible outcome for clients
