Social Commerce Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Manchester (5 days in office)
Our client is one of the UK's fastest-growing home and lifestyle ecommerce retailers and has built one of the most successful TikTok Shop businesses within the Home & Living category. Through creator-led commerce, affiliate marketing and viral product campaigns, the business has rapidly scaled its social commerce operation and now works with thousands of creators every week.
With TikTok Shop becoming an increasingly important commercial channel and ambitious plans to significantly scale revenue over the next 12 months, they are now looking to hire a Social Commerce Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.
The Opportunity
- Take ownership of one of the UK's fastest-growing TikTok Shop affiliate programmes
- Play a key role in scaling creator partnerships, affiliate performance and social commerce revenue
- Operate within a highly entrepreneurial and fast-paced ecommerce environment
- Build and nurture creator communities across TikTok Shop, affiliate groups and social channels
- Work closely with creators, affiliates and live commerce partners to drive engagement and GMV growth
- Support the development of long-term social commerce and creator growth strategies
- Gain exposure across creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, live commerce and community management
- Join a business heavily investing in TikTok Shop, social commerce and creator-led growth
- Operate in a visible, high-impact role with genuine ownership and progression opportunities
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and manage TikTok Shop affiliate creators across a range of categories and audiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to drive content output and affiliate performance
- Manage creator communications and engagement through platforms including Lark, WhatsApp and email
- Identify high-performing creators and opportunities to scale partnerships and commission structures
- Support creator gifting, product sampling and affiliate activation initiatives
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Buying teams to support priority product campaigns
- Coordinate with external live commerce partners to support live shopping events and campaigns
- Monitor creator, affiliate and channel performance against key commercial KPIs
- Identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth across TikTok Shop activity
- Stay up to date with creator trends, platform developments and social commerce best practice
Your Profile
- Experience within TikTok Shop, social commerce, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships or influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of creator ecosystems and affiliate-led ecommerce growth models
- Experience building relationships with creators, influencers or affiliate partners
- Commercially minded with an understanding of GMV, conversion rate and revenue performance metrics
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple creator relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable working within fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about TikTok, creator culture and emerging social commerce trends
- Proactive, energetic and eager to contribute within a rapidly scaling business
- Experience within ecommerce, retail, fashion, beauty, homeware or consumer brands would be advantageous
